These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ryze, operated by Ryze Labs, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Ryze is an AI-powered platform that helps professionals build and maintain their personal brand on LinkedIn through calibrated comment generation, content creation, engagement analytics, and relationship management.
Ryze is currently in private beta. Access requires an invitation. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You retain ownership of content you create and submit through Ryze, including writing samples, questionnaire responses, and selected comments. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of delivering and improving the service.
We may analyze engagement data across our user base to produce aggregate, de-identified insights such as topic trends, sentiment benchmarks, and industry-level engagement patterns. These insights contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to any individual user or conversation.
We may also use de-identified, aggregated data to train and improve our AI models. Individual conversation content is never shared with other users or third parties in identifiable form. You may opt out of contributing to cross-user aggregate analytics at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data without affecting your use of the service.
Comments and content generated by Ryze are tools to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before posting it on LinkedIn or any other platform. We do not guarantee that generated content will be appropriate, accurate, or compliant with any specific platform's policies.
Ryze, its AI models, voice calibration technology, interface, and underlying code are the property of Ryze Labs, LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
We aim to provide reliable access to Ryze but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. During the beta period, features may change, and the service may experience downtime for maintenance or updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any impact on your LinkedIn account or professional reputation.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, and you may request data export or deletion.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
